Rising to executive positions at retail powerhouses Sports Authority, Office Depot, and Chewy, I have architected sourcing strategies that generated over $400 million in annual sales while delivering hundreds of thousands of five-star customer reviews. As the first private label hire at multiple Fortune 500 companies, I established sourcing frameworks, vendor matrices, and quality assurance protocols across diverse categories—from pet products and gaming collectibles to office supplies and healthcare. My portfolio includes stewarding multi-billion-dollar entertainment licensing partnerships with Disney, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and Nintendo, while orchestrating complex manufacturing operations across China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Italy, Mexico, and beyond. Now I leverage my battle-tested expertise in competitive intelligence, factory auditing, and cost optimization to bridge the gap between startups launching their first product and corporations seeking fresh strategic perspective on stalled supply chains.

●      Born & Raised in the Sunshine State: I was born in Boynton Beach and grew up in Boca Raton, Florida. After traveling the world for global sourcing, I’ve come full circle and now proudly call the Jacksonville, Florida area home.

●      My Greatest Inspiration: I was raised by an incredible single mom to whom I am forever grateful. She taught me the true value of hard work, grit, and a lesson that governs my business to this day: never compromise your beliefs or your values.

●      Overcoming Dyslexia & Sharpening My Perspective: In the fourth grade, I was diagnosed with dyslexia. Through switching schools and working tirelessly with specialized eye doctors who taught me concrete skills to strengthen my visual focus and reading stamina, I didn't just cope with it, I overcame it. Dyslexia has absolutely nothing to do with intelligence, eyesight, or motivation. In fact, it often forces the brain to adapt beautifully. For me, it unlocked an ability to be highly articulate, creative, and an incredibly fast thinker with exceptional problem-solving and reasoning skills. (Though, please excuse the occasional typo from me in our day-to-day emails!)

●      Former College Athlete: I attended both Florida Atlantic University and Iona College in New Rochelle, NY where I played a season of college football. That competitive, team-first drive has stuck with me throughout my entire corporate career.

●      Still Pushing the Pace: The discipline from my football days never left; I’ve stepped away from the gridiron but have since pushed my limits to complete two half marathons. After surgeries on both knees, my fitness focus is on cardio and weight lifting to stay in great shape.

●      The Ultimate Product Critic: Because I’ve spent over two decades obsessing over how things are made, I can't look at a consumer product, whether it’s an office chair, a tech gadget, or a pet product without mentally reverse-engineering its materials, molding, and factory cost.

●      Family & A Very Discerning Pet: Home life is anchored by my beautiful wife, Sandra, and my amazing daughter, Keira. We are also entirely ruled by Gunther, our Yorkie/Chihuahua mix—who, naturally, serves as the ultimate chief tester for any pet products I look at!

●      Startup Energized: While I’ve spent years in corporate boardrooms managing massive teams, nothing gets my competitive drive going faster than helping a passionate startup founder launch their very first physical product line correctly.
